~Your site is Non Nude
~Your site is compatible with my sites
~Your site has content of some sort
~Your site is not a banner farm
~Your site is NOT popping more than one pop per session and all the window controls (close window button) are enabled
~No dialers, home page hijackers, malicious scripts etc..
~No Blind links, or traffic skimming.
Referrer
Your sites domain name. (Do not include the "http://www." portion of your url. If you are on a hosted site (using something like: http://www.geocities.com/~yourname) you you will need a special link code to link back, and should fill in your entire url except for the "http://www." part.

Title
The title of your site. This will be used to link back to your site. Please try to keep it similar to the sites contents.
Description
Describe your sites contents, what you offer, etc. This may or may not be used on this site, but even if it is not displayed the webmaster may decide to display descriptions in the future.
URL
Where do you want this site to send traffic? This should be your link to url. If you are using a traffic script include the entire url to the tracking script here.
